Association of Technical Market Analysts
ATMA - Association of Technical Market Analysts is an Association formed to spread awareness about the use and application of technical analysis amongst the public and investment community in India. ATMA is a not-for-profit organization for Financial Technical Analysts, registered on 7th January 2010 under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 as well as the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950. The main objective of the Association is to promote and educate public about the use of the technical analysis in making sound investment decisions.
The Association provides useful information and data to professionals interested in learning and understanding technical analysis. The Association holds periodical meetings providing a platform for the group of financial analysts to come together and discuss regarding the new developments in the field, upgrading their own knowledge through exchange of information, materials and ideas amongst members. It encourages and maintains highest professional standards and ethics amongst its members.
ATMA is affiliated to MTA (Market Technicians Association) which keeps the members of the association informed about international markets and techniques. Membership is open to individuals who are interested in field of financial technical analysis.
Arab Society of Technical Analysts
Arab Society of Technical Analysts Association is the first Arab interest in spreading a culture of technical analysis in the Arab world as a whole. Headquartered in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt and spreads its members in several Arab countries. Society is the technical analysis and its applications in financial markets, where interest in education in the field of technical analysis as well as the establishment of specialized seminars and conferences in the technical analysis, and participating in conferences and special events capital markets. The association aims to create links between technical analysts in various Arab countries, as well as between them and the technical analysts in various countries around the world.
In early 2008, and signed the Arab Society of Technical Analysts strategic partnership agreement with the American Society of Technical Analysts and according to which the Arab Society of Technical Analysts is the only strategic partner in the Middle East, the American Society of Technical Analysts
Greek Association of Market Analysts
GAMA was formed by a committed group of dedicated market professionals to fill the need for a recognized professional body in order to give Greek market analysts formal representation in the global forum.
GAMA fully supports the CMT (Chartered Market Technician) accreditation process. CMT is a formal and accepted certification by leading world exchanges and we believe it is a matter of time before it is formally recognized locally and regionally.
Under the current trend of common exchanges platforms and stock-markets cooperation, a cutting edge advantage such as the market analyst title will be a common place event.

As you might imagine, our Middle East membership is one of the largest outside of the US, and continues to grow at an incredible rate. Our collaboration with the ASTA is an important step toward future collaborations, and geared to the betterment of services and support for our existing and new member base. For over 80 years, The New York Institute of Finance, and its sister company FT Knowledge, have been helping financial services companies and multinational corporations to learn and to lead. CSI offers a wide variety of programs and services that are required or recommended for individuals beginning or enhancing careers throughout the financial services industry.
CSI Technical Analysis Course graduates are now eligible to receive advanced standing towards the Market Technicians Association (MTA) Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation. To receive this advanced standing, you must become a Member or Affiliate of the MTA within three months of completing CSI's Technical Analysis Course (TAC). Advanced standing is also available for factual residents of Canada only.*
The CSI course does not qualify for the NASD series 86 exemption.
*Types of factual residents:
» Working temporarily outside Canada;
» Teaching or attending school in another country;
» Commuting (going back and forth daily or weekly) from Canada to your place of work in the United States; or
» Vacationing outside Canada.
